It is arithmetic with a(1)=2 and d=-3

a%5Bn%5D=dn+%2Bc where d=common difference, c=a%5B1%5D-d, n=number of terms.
d=3 n=37 c=2-3
a%5B37%5D=3%2A37+-1=110
