Question 744803: Hey, I have an issue.
I had a rectangle with the area of 255m squared, the length= 17m, the width=15m
I needed to extend this area by 3.226 so it became 822.63m squared. My problem is that how do I figure out the dimensions of length and width once I have this new area? I have tried things like simply multiplying the lengths and widths by 3.226 but they were incorrect and am stuck to how to complete this.
