You can put this solution on YOUR website!

rectangular length =60
60÷3 = width
width = 20
area =w×l
area= 20×60
=1200 sm

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
.
W=width; L=length=3W-60m; A=area
.
A=LW Substitute for L
A=%283W-60%29%28W%29
A=3W%5E2-60W This is all we can tell about the area
from the information given.
We do know that W>20m, since if it were less,
the length would be negative, but that does not tell us any more
about the area.
