width = 19 feet
perimeter = 2(length+width)
62 = 2(length+19)
divide with 2 on both sides
+62%2F2++=+2%28length%2Bwidth%29%2F2
+31=+length%2Bwidth
31= length+19
subtract 19 on both sides
31-19= length+19-19
12= length
Result: Length = 12 inches
