you have a trapezoid.
In a trapezoid, the midline+ is parallel to the bases and its length is half their sum.
Find RS:
the midline+ XY=22
one of the bases is QP=26 (since letter is missing there, I just put P to have line segment QP)
other bases is RS
by definition, XY=%28QP%2BRS%29%2F2
so, substitute given values
22=%2826%2BRS%29%2F2...solve for RS
22%2A2=26%2BRS
44=26%2BRS
44-26=RS
RS=18
