P=2[(2X+1/5)]+2[4/(3X+1)]
P=(4X+2)/5+8/(3X+1)
P=[(4X+2)(3X+1)+8*5]/5(3X+1)
P=(12X^2+10X+2+40)/15X+5
P=2(6X^2+5X+20)/5(3X+1) ANSWER.
