oops... how many more times the width is the length? It's not there.
I'm betting it's "5 feet more than 4 times the width". Why?
The factors of 296 are 296,1,148,2,74,4,37,8
After subtracting the extra 5, it can't be the 2,148 or 74,4 factors. I doubt that it's "5 more than 291 times the width"...
