A = Lw = (2w+7)w = 99m^2

         2w^2 + 7w = 99 = 0

         (2w -11)(w + 9) = 0   (Tossing out the negative solution for unit measure)

      w = 5.5m  and L = 18m  

Dimensions:  5.5m  by 18m
