You can put this solution on YOUR website! Perimeter = 2* length + 2* width
80 units = 2*(5x + 2) + 2* (2x - 4)
80 units = 10x + 4 + 4x - 8
80 units = 14x - 4
80 + 4 = 14x
84 = 14x
x = 6 units
