Hi,

A rectangle has a length that is 6 feet more than the width.+highlight_green%28x%29+
P = 2%2Al%2B2%2Aw = 2(x+6) + 2x = 100ft
2(x+6) + 2x = 100ft
2x+ 12 + 2x = 100ft
4x = 88ft
x = 22ft, the width. The length is 28ft. +22ft+%2B+6ft & 44ft + 56ft = 100ft
A = l%2Aw+=+%2828ft%29%2822ft%29 = 616 ft*2
