L= 5x+4
W= x

Solution:
96 = (5x+4) * (x) : Distribute
96+=+5x%5E2+%2B+4x
+5x%5E2+%2B+4x+-+96+ : Factor out
(5x +24) (x-4) : Eliminate (5x+24) since it is negative
Hence, we will use (x-4) which is x=4

Substitute x to get the answers:
L= 5x+4
L= 5(4) +4
L= 20+4
L= 24ft

W= x
W= 4ft
