Question 756062: How can 2 rectangles have the same area but different perimeters?.

You can put this solution on YOUR website! for example,
our first rectangle has length 10 and width 2, our second rectangle has length 5 and width 4
certainly the areas are equal, that is, 10*2 = 5*4, BUT
the perimeters are not equal, namely
2*10 + 2*2 = 24 and
5*2 + 4*2 = 18
