You can put this solution on YOUR website! You cannot uniquely determine. Intuitively, the area of A would be larger, but this is not always the case. Suppose A has dimensions 1*100 and B has dimensions 50*50. Then the perimeter of A would be 202, the perimeter of B would be 200, but the area of B is much larger.
