the formula is =(-b +,- sqrt%28b%5E2+-+4ac%29%29/ 2a)
(-3)^2 -( 4(2)(-2) ) = 9 + 16 =25
%2825%29 = 5
3 + 5 = 8/4= 2
3 - 5 = -2/4 = -1/2
