Hint: If the side length of a square is 's' units, then the perimeter is 4s units. Basically, the perimeter formula is P=4s

If a square has a width of 7 then it has to have a length of 7 as well in order to be a square. The perimeter of a rectangle (and a square is just a special case of a rectangle) is given by 2 times the length plus 2 times the width.
