No idea. Consider a 1 meter tall by 162 meter wide rectangle which would have a 326 meter perimeter and a 162 square meter area. Then consider a square with sides measuring meters which would have a meter perimeter (roughly 55 meters) and a 162 square meter area. Then consider a 1 millimeter tall by 162 kilometer wide rectangle that would have a perimeter of 324.000002 kilometers and a 162 square meter area. Plus an infinity of other possibiities.
