There are several ways to do this, but the simplest is to use the fact that area is a function of the square of the dimensions.
2x the dims --> 4 times the area, 3x --> 9 times, etc
Or, 4x the area --> sqrt(4) times the dims, 25x area --> 5 times the dims
3x the area --> sqrt(3) times the dimensions.
