P=2L%2B2W=50
2.L%2BW=25
From eq. 1,
L=126%2FW
Substitute into eq. 2,
126%2FW%2BW=25

W%5E2-25W%2B126=0
%28W-18%29%28W-7%29=0
Two solutions:
W-18=0
W=18
Then
L=126%2F18=7
