The formula for the perimeter of a rectangle is P=2L%2B2W. In this case, the perimeter is P=70 so this means that 70=2L%2B2W. From here, we can divide every term by 2 to get 35=L%2BW.


Now solve for either L or W. I'm going to solve for L to get L=35-W. From here, plug in positive values of W that are less than 35 to generate corresponding values of L

Ex: Plug in W=4 to get L=35-4=31. So a rectangle with a width of 4 feet and a length of 31 feet has a perimeter of 70 feet.
