perimeter of rectangle = 2L +2W
length =8 feet 4 inches
8'4" *2 = 16' 8"
width = 5 feet 7 inches
5'7" *2 = 10' 1nd 14 "
= 11' 2 "
16'8" + 11'2" = 27' 10"
