You can put this solution on YOUR website! The perimeter is 14, so half the perimeter is 7 and the diagonal is 5
You therefore have a right angled triangle with hypoteneuse of 5 and the other two sides adding to 7. So our old friend 3,4,5 seems to fit, length 4, width 3
