x^2-2x+1+x^2-16x+64=x^2
x^2-18x+65=0
(x-13)(x-5)=0
x-13=0
x=13 ans.
Proof:
(13-1)^2+(13-8)^2=13^2
12^2+5^2=169
144+25=169
169=169
