But, L = W + 4ft (4 ft longer)
So,

W%5E2%2B4W-96=0
%28W%2B12%29%28W-8%29=0
W=-12, disregard
red%28W=8ft%29, size of Width
Then,
L=W%2B4=8%2B4
red%28L=12ft%29, Length
