if P=54, the length is L=x%2B4 and the width is W=2%28x-5%29, we have
2%28x%2B4%29%2B2%282%28x-5%29%29=54......both sides divide by 2
%28x%2B4%29%2B%282%28x-5%29%29=27
x%2B4%2B2x-10=27
3x-6=27
3x=27%2B6
3x=33
x=33%2F3
x=11
so, the length is L=x%2B4=11%2B4=highlight%2815%29 and the width is W=2%28x-5%29=2%2811-5%29=2%2A6=highlight%2812%29
