See attachment. First your have to convert millimeter to centimeter to make sure all sides of the rectangle are converted to the same metric system. In this case you will have 4,5 cm and 2.4 cm. When you divide 24mm/10 you get 2.4 cm. Now you have a triangle that has one side which is 4.5 cm and another side 2.4 cm. The tangent of the angle is 4.5/2.4 = 1.875
Now you have to find what angle has a tangent which is 1.875
To do this you either need a calculator or you need to go to www.google.com and find the list of the angles with their tangent:
