Hi there,
Width = 4x
Length = 16x (25% of 16 = 4)
Area = Width x Length
Area = 4x * 16x (* = times)
Area = 64x^2
Perimeter = 2(Width) + 2(Length)
Perimeter = 2(4x) + 2(16x)
Perimeter = 8x + 32x
Perimeter = 40x
