Let the width be "x" cm.
The length is "7x" cm
--------------------------
Perimeter = 2*length + 2*width
64 cm = 2*7x + 2*x
64 = 14x+2x
64 = 16x
x = 4 (the width is 4 cm)
7x = 28 ( the length is 28 cm)
