It's straight lines.
The vertex is at x = 3, use that for 1 point.
y = 2|3-3| + 2 = 2
--> the point (3,2)

Plot 1 point x < 3 and one x > 3

x = 4 --> y = 2|4-3| + 2 = 4
--> the point (4,4)
Draw a line from (3,2) (not thru it) thru (4,4)
-----------
x = 2 --> y = 2|2-3| + 2 = 4
--> the point (2,4)
Draw a line from (3,2) (not thru it) thru (2,4)
That's it.
