b. (a+4)(5a+20)

d. (a^2+8a+16)(5a+20)
First, factor both denominators:
a%5E2%2B8a%2B16=%28a%2B4%29%28a%2B4%29
5a%2B20=5%28a%2B4%29
Therefore the LCD has 2 factors of (a+4) and 1 factor of 5.
