By "undefinable values", you must mean, values of x which are not allowed. Those would be the zeros of the denominator. The denominator must not be zero, so x must not be allowed to make the denominator equal zero.

Look at the denominator, and try to factor it:
x%28x%5E2-x-20%29=x%28x-5%29%28x%2B4%29
The roots or zeros of that are -4, 0, and 5.
The rational expression is undefined for x values in this set: { -4, 0, 5 }.
