  • Second, is the function:
    R%28x%29+=+x%5E4%2Bx%5E2%2B5%2Fx%5E2-36
    (which is what you posted) or something else like:
    R%28x%29+=+%28x%5E4%2Bx%5E2%2B5%29%2F%28x%5E2-36%29
    If the function is anything other than the first one then put parentheses around the entire numerator and around the entire denominator.
