their is no vertical asymptote unless you are working under the complex number system in which all you would to is set the denominator equal to zero
x^2+5=0
x^2=-5
x=plus or minus the square root of 5i
Maybe you mean horizontal asymptotes in which their is one at y=0 because the degree of the denominator is greater then the degree of the numerator.
