All caps is shouting. It is both rude and annoying. Do not apologize, explain, or provide an excuse (lame or otherwise). Just stop doing it. Also, in the future, use x^2 to show a variable squared or x^n to raise to some other power. Also use parentheses to show clearly where your numerators and denominators start and stop. I think you meant:



Factor as much as possible:



Invert and multiply:



Eliminate factors common to both numerator and denominator



The quadratic in the denominator does not factor, unless you made a typo and meant +25, in which case it factors to (x - 5)(x - 5).

Now, depending on the use you intend to put the result, you may or may not want to multiply out the binomial factors in the numerator or the constant across the quadratic in the denominator.
