Find the equation () with the points (0,0) and (1275,0).
There are an infinite number of solutions:
ax^2+bx+c=y
Using (0,0) you get y=c
-------------
Using 1275 you get:
(1275)^2a+(1275)b+c=0
-------------
Since y=c you get
y=-(1275)^2a+(1275)b
----------
Comment:
You would need a third point to pin the equation down
to one unique form.

Find the equation ax^2 + bx + c with the points (0,0) and (1275,0).

The points given are the x intercepts (y=0)which are the factors:
x(x-1275) = 0
:
Which is:
y = x^2 - 1275x
:
It you substitute 0 or 1275 for x you get y = 0
