slope = [-4-3]/[2/3 - 1/2]
=-7/(1/6)=-42
Then 3=(-42)(1/2)+b
3=-21+b
b=24
F(x)= -42x+24

F(2)=-42(2)+24
F(2)=-84+24=60
-------------
(4,-24) 18+24/3-4=42
