Subtracting (13w+7) on both sides
2w%5E2+-13w-7+=+0
2x%28-7%29=-14
We have to now re-write -13w as 2 numbers that when added equal -13 but when multiplied equal -14
2w%5E2+%2B1w+-14w-7=0
w%282w%2B1%29+-7%282w%2B1%29=0
%282w%2B1%29%28w-7%29=0
