(f o g)(x) means find f(g(x)). To do this, simply plug in g(x) into the f(x) equation.
g(x) = 8x - 14
f(x) = x + 10
f(g(x)) = (8x - 14) + 10
f(g(x)) = 8x - 14 + 10
f(g(x)) = 8x - 4
So it is safe to say that (f o g)(x) = 8x - 4
