You can
put this solution on YOUR website!
the domain goes from x = -2 to x = 1.5 inclusive.
f(x) = 2x + 5.
when x = -2, the value of f(x) = 2x + 5 is equal to 1.
when x = 1.5, the value of f(x) = 2x + 5 is equal to 8.
the range will be the value of y from 1 to 8.
the range is calculated off the domain.
any value of x not in the domain can't be used to calculate a corresponding value of f(x).
