It's rather curious that the budget is "to be split evenly among the various offices", yet one of those offices gets twice as much as each of the others....

If x is the number of offices, then the budget of P90,000 needs to be split into x+1 equal parts -- one for each office, plus one more for the office that gets two shares. So the amount each of the other offices gets is P90000%2F%28x%2B1%29

So then if there are 5 offices, the amount the other offices get is p90000%2F6+=+P15000
