y=+2%28x%5E2+-+6x%29+%2B+16
y=+2%28x%5E2+-+6x%2Bb%5E2%29-2b%5E2+%2B+16 ...b is equal to 6%2F2=3
y=+2%28x%5E2+-+6x%2B3%5E2%29-2%2A3%5E2+%2B+16
