(x+4)(x+5)/(x+3)*{(x-4)*(x+3)/(x+4)(x-1)
The (x+3) will cancel and the (x+4) will, too.
Get (x+5)(x-4)/(x-1)
Check with x=3
56/6*(-6/14)=-4
(8)(-1)/2=-4
