Question 939732: A small copier needs twice the time to run a big copy job as compared to the time it takes the large copier to run the same job. Working together, both copiers can complete the copy job in 15 minutes. How long does it take the small copier to complete the job?
The answer I got was the small copier would finish the job in 45 minutes, and the large one would finish in 22.5 minutes.
Is this correct?

Question 941032: Jack and Danny are bricklayers. Jack can build a certain brick wall in 8 hours whereas Danny takes 11 hours. If they work together, their combined rate decreases by 7 bricks an hour, and it only takes them 5 hours to build the wall together. Find the number of bricks in the wall.
The rate is constant throughout the time period. As an explicit example, if Jack can lay 10 bricks an hour, and Danny can lay 15 bricks an hour, then their combined rate is 10 + 15 - 7 = 18 bricks an hour.
