Half that time 

half of 3%261%2F2 is half of 7%2F2 which is 1%2F2%22%22%2A%22%227%2F2 = 7%2F4 = 1%263%2F4 and 3%2F4 of an hour is 45 minutes, so
it would take 1 hour 45 minutes.
