You can put this solution on YOUR website!
No need for a graph. Calculate each rate in unit of books per month.

Jennifer: 6/8 books/month, 3/4 books per month.
Susan: 8/10 books per month, 4/5 books per month.

Easy to put those into decimal form, although you can use any denominator you want. Jeffiner is at 0.75 books per month, and Susan at 0.80 books per month. Susan is obviously faster.
