Question 466903: A building is 5 stories tall with windows on all four sides. Each floor has 24 windows. The cost for washing windows is $1.00 for first floor, $1.50 for second floor, etc. How much will it cost to wash the windows on this building? (I know this answer).
I need help with the second question: What if the building were n stories tall?

Total cost for the 5 story building : 24*1 + 24*1.50 + 24*x + 24*y + 24*z

If you know that answer maybe you can figure out x,y,z

To figure the answer for n stories you need to know the progressive
cost for a single window on each of the n stories. (I assume there
is a pattern)
