You can put this solution on YOUR website!
.

One inlet pipe fills 1%2F7 of the tank volume per hour.

Other inlet pipe fills 1%2F2 of the tank volume per hour.

Working together, they fill 1%2F7 + 1%2F2 of the tank volume per hour.

    1%2F7 + 1%2F2 = 2%2F14+%2B+7%2F14 = 9%2F14.

Hence, the tank will be filled in 14%2F9 hours = 15%2F9 hours = 1 hour and 331%2F3 minutes = 1 hour 33 minutes and 20 seconds. ANSWER
