In this video lesson I show how to graph root (or radical) functions. First, I show what the graph of the simplest root function looks like: all the rest of the functions are look like this function shifted around. I use several examples to demonstrate what this means. Note, because the graph of a root function is never a perfect line, it is impossible to draw perfectly, so it's mostly important to get the general shape and several points right to graph the function properly.
