Multiply numerator and denominator by 5sqrt(3)+2sqrt(7) to get:

[(2sqrt(3)+sqrt(7))*(5sqrt(3)+2sqrt(7)]/[25*3 - 4*7]

= [10*3 +4sqrt(21)+5sqrt(21)+2*7]/47
-----
= [44 + 9sqrt(21)]/47
