In this case use the idea that the sqr root (a)/sqr root(b) = sqr root (a/b)
therefore sqr root [(54 m^3 n^3)/3m n^6)] = sqr root (18m^2/n^3)
= 3m * [sqr root (2)]/n* sqr (n)
now multiply both top and bottom by sqr root(n) because you cant have a sqr root on the bottom.
= 3m * [sqr root (2)] * sqr root(n)/n* sqr root (n) * sqr root (n)
= 3m sqr root(2n)/n^2
