I looked for small numbers that evenly
divide +486+
I found that +9%2A54+=+486+
then I noticed:
+9%2A9%2A6+=+486+
+81%2A6+=+486+

+sqrt%28+486+%29+=+sqrt%28+81%2A6+%29+
+sqrt%28+486+%29+=+sqrt%2881+%29%2Asqrt%286%29+
+sqrt%28+486+%29+=+9%2Asqrt%286%29+

sqrt(486) = sqrt(81)*sqrt(6) = 9*sqrt(6)

289 = 17^2
sqrt(289) = sqrt(17^2) = 17
